HOPE Representatives

For HOPE Members, host organisations and former exchange participants

HOPE Representatives (Members, Liaison Officers, National Coordinators, host organisations and former exchange participants) pay a fee of €300. This fee includes the conferences, meals and the social evening programmes (the welcome party on Monday and the farewell party on Tuesday). Hotel accommodation is NOT included in this fee.

HOPE Exchange Participants

For participants on the HOPE Exchange Programme 2015 ONLY

The registration fee for HOPE Exchange participants includes the conferences, two nights accommodation at Novotel Warszawa Centrum from Monday 1 until Wednesday 3 June 2015, all meals and social evening programmes starting with the welcome party on Monday evening and ending with the breakfast on Wednesday.

Participants who share a room with another exchange participant pay a registration fee of €300.
Participants will be able to express their choice with whom they wish to share a room after the start of the Exchange Programme.

Participants who do not wish to share a room pay a registration fee of €360.

Participants who wish to share a room with their partner pay a registration fee of €385.
This fee does not entitle the partner to attend the social evening programmes. Partners who wish to attend the social evening programmes should register with the registration form “Others”.

Participants can book EXTRA NIGHTS BEYOND THE HOPE AGORA (Monday 1 until Wednesday 3 June 2015) at Novotel Warszawa Centrum at their own expense.
Single room €65 per night, breakfast and taxed included.
Double room €75 per night, breakfast and taxes included.
The costs for extra nights will have to be guaranteed by creditcard and paid directly to Novotel Warszawa Centrum.
